There is no restriction in selecting optional courses in the 3rd semester of MIT and MCS/ MSc in CS programmes. The students can choose any number of courses offered in the 3rd semester as “required” or “additional” optional courses.

However, 

• Students of MBAnalytics programmes shall take one (01) course from either of BA3004, BA3005 or BA3006 during the third semester.

• MCS 3208 course is compulsory for students following MSc in CS Degree programme

Note: Selection of courses does not guarantee that the selected course would be offered since each course would be offered depending on the number of students who have opted for that course.
