Obtaining signatures for the Student Identity Card Template - MIS/ MBAnalytics/ MCS/ MIT programmes – 2019/2020 intake,
All students of the MIS/ MBAnalytics/ MCS/ MIT programmes are requested to visit the Postgraduate Division, 3rd floor, West Wing, UCSC building complex, No. 35, Reid Avenue, Colombo 07, during the following days and add the signature for the Student Identity Card Template.Â
The division will be open for obtaining signatures of students of each programme from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. as follows;
MIS/ MBAnalytics programmes    - 02nd to 04th September 2020Â
MCS / MIT programmes       - 07th to 11th September 2020Â
Note:Â
According to the security policy of the University, all students must wear the identity card during their stay at the university premises. Hence it is the responsibility of all students to complete the formalities to obtain the Student ID Card before commencing the classes at the premises.
Students who have not yet submitted the Photographs for the Student ID should handover the photographs before signing in the ID Card template (Three no. of colour photographs of passport size (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) taken within the last 06 months. One photograph submitted must be certified by the Gramaseva Niladhari of the Gramaseva Division.)
