*EC - Exceptional Circumstances

 The Masters students who wish to apply under EC category for absent subjects of Semester 4 – 2021 (Only applicable to Online Exams) are requested to fill the Google Form with any documentary evidence.

 Please note that the candidates who have already requested for EC category through email (To Coordinators, Heads, Director/UCSC, Exams Division, Postgraduate Division) are not accepted and have to apply freshly through the Google Form.

 The closing date of accepting such request is 02.11.2021 and the requests received after the deadline will not be accepted in any circumstances.

 The candidates who were not present at the semester examinations and does not request for EC category will be considered as 'Absent' and have to make the payment when repeating the subjects.

The requests will be tabled at the Board of Studies and the decision will be communicated in due course.
