Dear Students,

Your attention is drawn for the following as a reminder for the upcoming examinations;

1. Please note that you are required to login to the Zoom proctoring session using one device from a side providing the appropriate view. The Zoom session should be renamed as IndexNumber_Initials_LastName. (If a candidate uses the same mobile device used for both proctoring &  scanning he will be instructed by the instructor to login to the machine on the front of the candidate before scanning and to restore the session after scanning). 

2. Candidates are required to upload answer scripts to appropriate links at given time intervals.  It is important that candidates click on the "Submit assignment" button after uploading scripts to the exam system.

3. Candidates should NOT close or minimize the exam browser window during the exam.

4. Late candidates are NOT admitted after the first half an hour (i.e once the answering starts late candidates are not admitted).

5. Please check your devices, test the login to the exam system (green.ucsc.cmb.ac.lk), etc. in advance.

6. The whatsApp number 070-4811208 is available during the examination for candidates to report any issues only if he/she is unable to inform the Invigilator present in the session. The WhatsApp message (sent in an exceptional situation)  should include the Index Number, Course Code, Block Number of the Exam Session and  Name with Initials and the issue and should be sent immediately.
