The students are requested to download the Examination Admission Card from the link provided below by providing their UCSC Index Number.

The students are informed to  print the downloaded Examination Admission Card in an A4 size white sheet and bring it to the examination hall. Students must have their UCSC Student Identity Card and the Examination Admission Card for each examination paper

Students are strongly advised to read the “Examination Procedure” document carefully before they attend for the semester examinations.

Students should keep the Examination Admission Card safe and in good condition till the examination is over. You are also  requested to surrender the examination admission card to the Supervisor/Invigilator on the day of last paper.

Please note that the examinations may take place in more than one venue so ensure you go to the venue on your individual admission card. It is your responsibility to ensure you know the date, location and start time of all your examinations and arrive at the correct venue on time.

Warning: Students are not supposed to write anything other than their signature in the front page or on the reverse side of the examination admission card.
