Attention: To all postgraduate degree programme students who are attending the semester 1 & 3 examination – April/May 2021

 

The above-mentioned students are requested to fill the Health Declaration Forms (Self Declaration Form – Form 1 and Form certified by the PHI/Grama Niladhari – Form 2) and bring it on the first day of appearing for the examination at UCSC. 

 

Students will not be allowed to sit for the Masters Semester Examinations if he/she is currently under quarantine or living in an isolated/locked down area under the quarantine law for Covid-19 pandemic.
