Please indicate your preferences for Optional Courses offered in Semester IV of the MCS/ MSc in CS/ MIT/ MBAnalytics programmes by filling up the forms attached. Students can choose any number of courses offered in the semester as “required” or “additional” optional courses (Note: Students of MBAnalytics programmes shall take two (02) courses from BA 4001, BA 4002, BA 4003 during the semester).

Required* - optional courses selected as “Required” will be considered in the computation of the GPA.
Additional** - optional courses selected as “Additional” will NOT be considered in the computation of the GPA and will be included in the transcript as followed courses only.
Note:
If a student wishes to change a selected optional course (“Required”* course to an “Additional”** course or vice versa and/or withdraw from a selected optional course), he/ she should forward a written request to the Board of Study for Research and Higher Degrees for approval on or before the 15th February 2021. Such requests received after 15th February 2021 WILL NOT be entertained.
If a student fails to take an examination of a selected optional course without prior approval of the board of study, the course will appear in the transcript as “absent”.
Selection of courses does not guarantee that the selected course would be offered since each course would be offered depending on the number of students who have opted for that course.
