The students who are planning to repeat the semester 1 and 3 subjects are requested to fill the online form by using the link provided below.

Please submit the duly completed online Repeat Examination Form on or before 08.12.2020 by attaching the screenshot/scanned copy of the Repeat Subject Form (included the payment receipt).

Rs. 2500/= has to be paid as the repeat examination fee (Per subject) to any Branch of People’s Bank to be credited to the Main Collection Account number of UCSC at People’s Bank, Thimbirigasyaya. The account number to be used for this purpose is 086-1001-511-89665.

 

Students who have issues of making the payment to the Bank directly can use online banking services.

 

Students who were absent for a subject/s due to medical reasons or any other reasons are also required to pay the repeat examination fee for the absent subject/s and apply for the examination of the absent subject/s by duly filling the online form.
