The students who would sit for the scheduled examinations of the 1st/ 2nd/ 3rd/ 4th semesters are requested to complete the following google form for online examination setup information and upload a duly completed scanned copy of the attached "Declaration Form for Online Proctored Examinations" to the submission link below on or before 28.07.2021.
