Dear Students,

This is to inform you that the above-mentioned convocation certificates are now ready for collection at the examination division of UCSC.

 

The certificates can be collected (Strictly in person) from the Examinations & Registration Division/UCSC, during the office hours from 9.30 am to 3.30pm  in normal working days. 

Your Student Identity Card should be surrendered to the Examination Division when you collect your Postgraduate Diploma/Degree Certificate. Under no circumstances the certificate will be issued without surrendering the Student Identity Card (In case of loss of the Student Identity Card, you are required to submit a copy of Police report to that effect) and after settlements of the relevant pending dues.
